Do I have to pay customs fees?

• USA orders: We will contact you directly before shipment to collect the required customs fee. This ensures your package arrives smoothly with no unexpected charges. Your order will not be shipped until this is collected.
  
• All other international orders: Customs fees are usually paid on arrival and vary depending on your country’s import rules and your order value.
