We ship UK, Europe & Worldwide! Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee delivery of your package within the anticipated time frame. Please consider the estimated delivery times as a reference only, beginning from the dispatch date. Be sure to keep an eye out for the dispatch email.

SwimSerene does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages. However, we will do everything we can to help rectify the issue.

Please note: SwimSerene does not cover the cost of any customs, duties, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and you will get shipping updates and tracking to your email via Shopify.
