If you're ordering from outside of the UK, please note that your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or shipping.
SwimSerene is not responsible for covering these fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. We are also unable to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value on shipments.

Delivery times are estimates only, calculated from the date of dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include tracking. You’ll receive shipping updates via the email provided at checkout.
SwimSerene is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once dispatched. However, we will always do our best to help you resolve any issues with the courier.
