If you're ordering from outside of the UK, please note that your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or shipping.
SwimSerene is not responsible for covering these fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. We are also unable to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value on shipments.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details before placing your order.
Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive within the estimated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates only, calculated from the date of dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include tracking. You’ll receive shipping updates via the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Protection is an optional service that can be added to your order at checkout for additional peace of mind during transit.
If Shipping Protection is purchased and your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will prioritise your claim and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, without waiting for the carrier's investigation to be completed where appropriate.
If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, we will still support you in resolving any issues with your shipment and assist with the claims process where required. However, any replacement items will only be dispatched once the carrier's investigation has been completed and the claim has been approved.
Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. If your order is cancelled before fulfilment, the cost of Shipping Protection will be refunded alongside your order.
