Refund policy

We offer free UK returns on your first order with us.

You are entitled to a full refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs) if you return your items to us within 14 days from when you receive your order.

Items must be sent back unworn and within 14 days.

Unworn items need to retain the hygiene sticker and swing tag. Items must be returned in the original SwimSerene packaging.

Refunds will be processed within up to 7 days.

Ensure you retain your postage proof should your return get lost in transit, allowing us to investigate.

The cost of returning items will be borne by the buyer (except for UK customers first order).

Refunds for Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.

Dealing with Damaged Items

Although we at SwimSerene perform quality checks, if you happen to receive a damaged item, it's a rare occurrence, but we're here to help. Email Timna@SwimSerene.com for assistance.
